This tunable whistle by Alexander Karavaev is characterized by a full tone, a strong volume and an excellent balance between the lower and upper octaves. With the narrow head profile, it plays with a full sound with very little effort. The body of the instrument is in two pieces so the whistle can be tuned with the slide. The aluminium version has a clear tone that conveys both mid and low frequencies.
