Description

The same instrument as above, only with active pickups with 3 band equalizer.

Due to the high demand for affordable bouzouki / cittern, we brought this instrument into the program. This piece has a solid spruce top, maple sides and a maple back. The scale length is 66.5 cm. The instrument has an historical look, so it can be used on folk concerts, as well as with medieval bands or Larps (live action role plays) and Filk meet-ups (yep, filk .. look it up!). Reference: Lothar Jahn (www.Minnesang.com)

And here's the best strings for cittern, octave  or  unison .

We also have soft and hard cases to fit Citterns!

While surfing on Youtube I found this video of Tibetréa where this cittern (in minute (2:09) is played. In the concert announcements for the band it explains there is also a cool stage show with naked elves and exploding squirrels. Too bad the concerts are all in the south of Germany, and so far from me!
